On Tuesday, February 9, 2021, the City of Omaha extended the mask mandate requiring “all individuals age five and older to wear a mask when they are in an indoor space that is open to the public unless six feet of separation from others can be achieved.” This includes our time of worship at Community Bible Church.
This means you are asked to wear a mask while entering and exiting our building. Masks do NOT have to be worn during the worship service, as households and individuals will be seated with appropriate social distancing. We ask that you let us know which time of worship you anticipate attending, so you will know if a worship service is full, and no longer able to social distance. You may give us your worship time preference HERE. Live streaming will continue for our 8am & 9:30am services.
Sunday School, Youth and Adult Bible Classes are offered during at 9:30 each Sunday. Nursery is offered during the 9:30 & 11am services, and Discovery, our program for kids ages 3-1st grade is offered at 11am.
As always, we wish to respect the individual choices people make and recognize that we will decide differently. And that’s alright. We love our church family and community, and we are attempting to make decisions that will serve and benefit the body of Christ, while recognizing the governmental authority God has placed over us. May all our actions and attitudes bring glory to our God and Savior.
Thank you for your gracious spirit during these days!
