By submitting to this form you are agreeing to the following: The user agrees to hold CBC harmless for any injury incurred at this event. Rental fees are not charged to CBC members or attenders. However, if damages occur to the building or equipment, replacement or repair costs will be required of the user. Groups using the facility for any event must bring in their own disposable tableware (paper plates, cups, silverware). No non-CBC events will be approved for after 3pm on Saturdays (weddings excluded).
