CBC LIFE Student Ministries

The mission of CBC LIFE Student Ministries is to equip students to GROW DOWN in their faith in Christ, DRAW UP nourishment from their relationships with Christ and fellow Christians, and GO OUT to share Christ and serve those around them.

Our Middle School Ministry (grades 7-8) focuses on developing relationships with students and walking with them as they go through the many changes that come their way as they enter the teenage years - and have a ton of fun at the same time! And as students go through and graduate High School (grades 9-12), it is our goal that each graduate will be in love with Jesus Christ, living out their faith in Christ, and living for the cause of Christ.

Resources for Parents

We believe that parents are the most important and influential people in their children's lives. That's why we seek to partner with parents and provide resources and materials as they equip their children to grow in and live out their faith. Click HERE to access some of those resources.

Weekly Youth Ministry Activities

Youth Bible Classes - Time focused on studying God's word together and applying it to life. Classes meet on Sunday mornings from 9:30-10:45 am in the CBC Annex (HS upstairs; MS downstairs).

Lifeline - Our weekly youth group gathering for both HS and MS students includes games, worship, teaching, small group discussion, and plenty of time with friends and adult leaders. Lifeline meets regularly on Sunday evenings from 6-8 pm.

HS Small Groups - Go deeper and grow closer to Christ and each other as you honestly share about life with a small group of friends and a caring adult leader. Guys and girls meet separately in different homes on Tuesday evenings from 7-9 pm.

AWANA -  Grow in your understanding of God's Word as you study, memorize, and discuss it with friends. AWANA clubs meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:15 pm. Trek for MS students meets at Mockingbird Elementary School (5100 S 93rd St). Journey HS students meet to recite memory verses and then go serve kids in another of our AWANA clubs.
