When You Visit Community Bible Church

Our Sunday worship services are designed to gather together to worship Christ passionately, follow Christ wholeheartedly and share Christ lovingly. We believe that people who are newly discovering Christ’s truths and even those who are mature believers in Christ will grow in their biblical knowledge and apply these truths to their lives. We are committed to explaining the Bible and to making personal applications of God’s truth to our lives. Biblical teaching, prayer, giving, and regularly-scheduled communion services are key components of our worship time. About 400 people worship together each Sunday at the southwest corner of 90th & Q Street.

Parking & Entrances

Parking at CBC can be a challenge, especially during the 9:30 AM service. Guest and handicapped parking stalls are available outside the double doors of the south entrance of the main building and are clearly marked. Entering through these same double doors will lead you directly to the main foyer where greeters at the door will cheerfully direct you to the sanctuary.

Greeters & Ushers

The greeters will also be glad to escort you to the nursery should you need childcare during the worship service. We recommend you arrive about 10 minutes before the scheduled service times to allow enough time to check your child in before the service. Your child’s church experience and personal safety are importance to us, which is why we have remote closed-circuit monitoring system to enable you to check on your child in the nursery at any time without the child being aware of your presence. We also will give you a unique, three-digit identification number that will be displayed on the east wall of the sanctuary should your presence be needed in the nursery. The 9:30 AM and 11:10 AM services have the greatest attendance, so expect ushers to help you find a seat if the sanctuary is crowded. We sometimes invite everyone to stand and greet one another with handshakes, but you will not be singled out as a visitor.
