We believe in the unity of the Godhead, commonly known as the Trinity. This Trinity is made up of three distinct persons, namely: God the Father (Rom. 1:7), God the Son (Heb. 1:18), God the Holy Spirit (Acts 5:3-4). These three, though one in essence, are equal in their divine perfection, yet individual in personality, and perform different but harmonious functions in the great plan of redemption (Mt. 28:19; 2 Cor. 13:14; Eph. 2:18; Jn. 15:26; Jn. 10:30; Jn. 16:14).
