Student Ministries

IN TRANSITION
We are in search of a new youth pastor. The search committee is currently forming. As we all walk through this time of transition together, Jud & Kim Mackrill will be overseeing the high school youth. Scott Klaassen and Lydia Tschetter will oversee junior high Sunday school while Tyler and Laree Lindburg oversee the Junior High Wednesday night group. Please join them in praying for the weekly and special events to be impactful and meaningful for the students. Ask the Lord to raise up other volunteers to help them as they shepherd the students and consider how you might be able to aid the ministry to your student and the group as a whole. Feel free to contact them with questions, comments or concerns.

JUNIOR HIGH
Sunday Mornings// meeting at 9:30am | currently studying Parenting Today’s Adolescent by Dennis and Barbara Rainey, dealing with the traps of junior high | Lydia Tschetter and Scott Klaassen | CBC Annex

Wednesday Nights// meeting at 6:30 pm | Awana Trek | Tyler and Laree Lindburg, directors | CBC Annex

HIGH SCHOOL
Sunday Mornings// meeting at 9:30am | currently studying Philippians with a focus on youth who are already believers and churched | led by Jud & Kim Mackrill | donuts | CBC Annex

Sunday Evenings// meeting from 6-8 pm | studying Leadership through Nehemiah, Jan-March | focused on those inside and outside of church contexts | led by Jud & Kim with other sponsors to aid in relationships and small group discussion times | snack help welcome | CBC Gymnasium | *Please note that Jud & Kim will not be orchestrating meal times after youth group off site. They would prefer to keep the kids at CBC and would appreciate if parents would sign up for snacks to be consumed after the official meeting is over.

Tuesday Nights// meeting at 6:00 pm | studying Captivating (girls) & The Life of Daniel (guys) | focus on in-depth spiritual growth & accountability | Kris Curtis, Sarah Tschetter, [currently in need of a guys study leader] | meeting in homes

Wednesday Nights// meeting at 6:15 pm | Journey | after saying verses, students disperse to help the various children’s clubs for the night | Anna Tschetter | CBC Annex

Friday, February 17 – Saturday, February 18 – $40/ticket plus food & accomodations
leaving from CBC at 5:30 pm Friday
returning to CBC around 10:30 pm Saturday
